At Destiny Rehabilitation, we believe that your past does not define your future. We offer a comprehensive support system that addresses the unique needs of each person, helping them rebuild their lives and thrive in every aspect of life.

Our Story
Reese and Smith first crossed paths in a peer support class, united by a shared aspiration to effect positive change in their community. Combining their dreams, knowledge, and resources, they established Destiny Rehabilitation.
Both believe that one's destiny is not defined by past decisions; rather, it is shaped through the process of rehabilitation. All it takes is the willingness to take the first step. Recovery is an integral part of this journey, and this philosophy is the foundation upon which Destiny Rehabilitation was created.
